Welcome, to the BNSF Fall River Division

The Fall River Division is a prototype-based freelance representation of the BNSF Railway operating between the Midwest, and points north through the Pacific Northwest. The time frame is Summer of 2016 where unit coal, intermodal, Amtrak, and mixed freight trains are frequently seen on the Fall River Division. Several railroads such as the Montana Rail Link and Iowa Interstate interchange with the BNSF, and the Union Pacific has trackage rights over a portion of the Division.

BNSF 3714 spotted at the Fall River engine facility tonight. The Roundhouse Foreman said something about a Tier 4 “credit unit,” however, it may get painted soon. Local rail fans were heard calling it a “Tier 4 Smurf.”
Several pictures and videos have been added on the Gallery Page. The BNSF Fall River Division is now on Facebook and YouTube.   Follow the links to see updates and discussion.
